Born and raised in Vancouver, BC, Sean’s passion for business, and sales in particular, goes back as far as he can remember. Always extremely driven and naturally charismatic, Sean started his career working in the hotel and concierge industry, working at five-star hotels including The Empress, The Pan Pacific and Hotel Vancouver, where he learned the value of building relationships and providing exceptional service. Sensing an opportunity, Sean decided to start his own high-end valet and concierge service in Vancouver servicing ultra-luxury hotels and restaurants, and quickly grew his business to include 100+ employees. This invaluable experience educated Sean on a fundamental level about team building and growing a business, and sparked a desire to diversify his experience.
When Sean was recruited by a large Australian distribution company, he took the opportunity to work internationally and build on his skills and experience in a high-level sales management position. Upon returning to BC ready for a new challenge, Sean completed his real estate license and set his sights on Vancouver Island as the place he wanted to settle and build his real estate business. Within two years of working in real estate, Sean was #1 in his office. Sean has placed in the Top 100 RE/MAX Agents and Top 50 RE/MAX Teams in Western Canada & Canada multiple times and has received RE/MAX Platinum, Hall of Fame, Chairman’s Club, Life Time Achievement status and, most recently, the prestigious Team Diamond Club award.
Sean’s combined experiences, education and achievements have led him to where he is today: the founder of a highly successful and forward-thinking real estate firm. Sean attributes his success to incredibly hard work, his strong focus on relationships, and his continuous commitment to exceptional customer service.
